About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Nuvei Technologies Corp. as a Corporate Governance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and conducting research to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Services Coordination
    • Coordinate administrative services to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Department Evaluation
    • Evaluate the operations of administrative departments to identify areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research to inform strategic decisions and improve departmental performance
    • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve administrative services
  • Corporate Governance
    • Develop and implement corporate governance procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    • Provide guidance and support to departmental staff on corporate governance matters
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Develop and implement reporting procedures to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to stakeholders
    • Communicate effectively with departmental staff, management, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, public administration)
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in administrative services, corporate governance, or a related field
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
