Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Nuvei Technologies Corp. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and conducting research to support our corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including tendering and administering contracts, internal audit, and consulting with government regulatory agencies.
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and conduct research to support corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures.
  • Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.
  • Consult with government regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in administrative services, corporate governance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English.
