Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including coordinating office services, managing supplies, and maintaining office equipment.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures related to record management and access to information.
- Training and Development: Train staff on new administrative procedures and policies.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
- Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
