Role Overview:
Provide user assistance and customer service for company-supported software applications and platforms. Diagnose issues and recommend suitable solutions.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications and Experience
Familiarity with essential operations of relevant software, hardware, and equipment Understanding of applicable call tracking systems Background in customer service methodologies Relevant experience and training Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline Proficiency in Windows administration and deployment Experience with Cisco technologies (preferred)Essential Skills
