Position Overview

AIM Kenny U-Pull is looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to fill the role of Mobile Equipment Operator. This position involves operating heavy machinery to manage the movement and processing of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively maneuvering the loader to transport vehicles to designated locations.
  • Clearing vehicle rows and maintaining yard accessibility for operational efficiency.
  • Executing vehicle crushing operations.
  • Conducting pre-operation inspections on all machinery.
  • Overseeing the upkeep and servicing of the loader and associated equipment.
  • Labeling vehicles for inventory management.
  • Loading processed vehicles onto transport trucks.
  • Performing forklift operations as required.
  • Assisting customers with the transportation of heavy components.
  • Completing general labor tasks when loader operations are finished (e.g., depollution, tire rim removal, daily support activities).

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to operate heavy machinery.
  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.
  • Exhibits patience and adaptability.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
  • Responsible and attentive to equipment care.
  • Excellent focus and concentration abilities.
  • Capacity to adjust to varying weather conditions.
  • Possession of a valid forklift operator certification is advantageous.
  • Loader operation training is a plus.
