Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Operator to join our team in Windsor, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load and move vehicles, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and maneuver heavy equipment to load and move vehicles to designated areas.
  • Remove rows of vehicles to ensure access and maintenance of the yard for customers.
  • Crush vehicles and load crushed materials into delivery trucks.
  • Perform regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Mark vehicles for inventory and control purposes.
  • Assist customers with transporting heavy parts to their vehicles.
  • Perform laborer tasks when loader tasks are completed, such as depollution and daily support.

Requirements

  • Ability to drive and operate heavy equipment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate safe behavior and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Patient and flexible with ability to work in a team environment.
  • Conscientious of equipment maintenance and good concentration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different climate conditions.
  • Valid forklift operator card and loader operator training (assets).
