Job Summary:

ATCO Frontec is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee a power infrastructure maintenance program covering multiple regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely completion of all contractual tasks, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and maintaining service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to staff as per contract specifications.
  • Ensure timely submission of all required reports and plans, including project proposals and estimates.
  • Establish and maintain a Quality Control Program to ensure service standards are met.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Manage a dispersed workforce effectively across various sites, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Track and analyze exceptional service delivery and extra services provided to clients.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through regular updates and communication.
  • Identify scope changes and propose contract amendments when necessary.
  • Review and approve project proposals and estimates, ensuring alignment with contract and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor work orders and projects regularly for timely completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Technical School Diploma or University degree related to the field of infrastructure maintenance or construction.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Gold Seal, or BOMA RPA/FMA are a plus.
  • Supervisory experience in infrastructure maintenance or construction, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and emergency response, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and safety standards.
  • Experience with power systems and MS Office proficiency, with a valid Driver's License.
