Job Summary

The Portfolio Resource Coordinator is a key member of the Client Service Team, responsible for ensuring seamless portfolio resource coordination and strategic scheduling support. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks to meet contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically identify open shifts and work with the Client Service Team to ensure schedules are complete and adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Fill cancellations and openings in the daily schedule, prioritizing coverage type and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Coordinate with the Client Service Team to ensure staffing needs are met and proactively addressed, fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
  • Develop knowledge of Paladin's contractual obligations for assigned portfolios, including site visitations, ongoing training, and close working relationships with management.
  • Support and process submissions related to assigned portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Take a lead role in Paladin's deployment process, providing updates to stakeholders as needed and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Utilize Paladin's TEAM software to ensure accurate and timely scheduling, billing, and payroll, maintaining data integrity and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to the management team, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Perform other duties as requested to support corporate and branch needs, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and execute solutions, with a focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, with previous experience in scheduling software considered an asset.
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License and Manitoba Driver's License.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
