Retail Store Manager

Arctic Medical and Safety Supplies is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance and organization.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and mentor store staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, manage cash, and ensure efficient store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
