Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Arctic Medical and Safety Supplies. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Manage the sales floor, including receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that the store is clean and organized.
- Process customer transactions, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Manage cash and operate a cash register.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the store management team to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
