Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Arctic Medical and Safety Supplies. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, including apprentices, sales associates, and design team members, to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Floor Management: Assign sales staff to duties, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and ensure that all products are accurately priced and stocked.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service.
  • Store Operations: Manage store opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, reconciling sales, and maintaining store security.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
