Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a vision for the program that ensures its continued excellence and relevance in the field of study.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the program's curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of students and industry partners.
  • Manage the program's budget and resources, ensuring effective use of funds and allocation of personnel.
  • Supervise and mentor faculty and staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the program's success.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the program's continued relevance and currency in the field of study.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Justice Studies or a closely related field.
  • 5-9 years of postsecondary experience in teaching, scholarly work, coordination, or administration.
  • Demonstrated administrative capability and ability to think strategically.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
