Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at GP Pacific Contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to ensure compliance and fairness
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices to recommend improvements
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of locations, including our office and other sites as needed.
