Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at GP Pacific Contracting. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs, as well as advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to ensure compliance and fairness
  • Manage contracts and agreements to ensure smooth operations
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to drive growth and development
  • Research employee benefits and health and safety practices to recommend improvements
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work Setting

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position with English as the primary language of work.
