We are excited to announce an opening for an Office Operations Assistant at THE STALLION TRANS-BORDER GROUP INC.. This is a full-time opportunity where the selected individual will be expected to work between 35 to 44 hours weekly. Proficiency in English is required, and candidates should possess a College/CEGEP level education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events.
  • Oversee and guide junior staff members.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members.
  • Establish and maintain office workflows and protocols.
  • Schedule and manage appointments effectively.
  • Handle contract management tasks.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and messages.
  • Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Supervise the preparation of various reports.
