Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events.
- Oversee and guide junior staff members.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members.
- Establish and maintain office workflows and protocols.
- Schedule and manage appointments effectively.
- Handle contract management tasks.
- Respond to phone inquiries and messages.
- Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
