We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished IT Recruitment Manager to join our team at Hire DigITalent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing and recruiting top technology talent across various industries within the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a strong talent pool for our clients.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our clients' needs.
  • Coordinate and conduct technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Administer and evaluate technical assessments and coding tests, providing actionable feedback to candidates.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and hiring best practices, driving business growth and success.
  • Conduct comprehensive reference checks to validate candidates' qualifications and professional background, ensuring the highest level of quality.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the Canadian market.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing top technology talent, with a strong understanding of various technology stacks and programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
