Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

Croesus Finansoft, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing efforts for our wealth management solutions in the North American and European markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for our wealth management solutions in different markets and segments.
  • Maintain and develop the product marketing foundation for each solution, product, and module.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to formulate product roadmaps and define requirements, pricing, and packaging for our solutions.
  • Conduct and manage primary and secondary market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Create and execute surveys through various channels to gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with market research firms and strategic consultants to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Analyze reasons for wins and losses in tenders and contracts with new clients to improve our sales strategy.
  • Support the sales and business development teams in product positioning and communication with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide content for marketing initiatives, such as presentations, brochures, blogs, articles, videos, case studies, and websites.
Requirements:
  • University degree in marketing, strategy, management, finance, economics, financial engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B marketing experience in the financial, wealth management, or FinTech/WealthTech industry.
  • International perspective or experience, with a strong understanding of the North American and European markets.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management and experience in market research, competitive intelligence, and product marketing.
  • Excellent understanding of FinTech, WealthTech, and wealth management industry issues.
  • Strong ability to research, analyze, summarize, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Ability to create presentations for senior management and board of directors.
  • Experience and ease in communicating with senior executives.
  • Bilingual (third language is a strong asset).
  • Strong knowledge of Google and Microsoft products and environments.
