Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Plusgrade Inc. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for shaping and positioning our loyalty products to drive adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage market intelligence to inform product development and optimize our offerings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling sales enablement collateral and go-to-market marketing plans
  • Work closely with Business Development and Partner teams to support product and feature adoption
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B technology environment
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical product information into compelling marketing narratives
  • Highly collaborative mindset and demonstrated ability to influence and gain cooperation in a non-authority relationship
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to synthesize data and insights and turn them into actionable plans and compelling messaging
