Job Summary

The District Sales Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a designated geographic area. This position requires a strong leader who can develop and execute a sales strategy, manage a team of sales professionals, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion within the designated geographic area.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Marketing, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
What We Offer
