About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Golf Course Worker to join our team at Copetown Woods Golf Club Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain the golf course's aesthetic appeal.
  • Cut grass and rake and collect refuse to ensure the course is well-maintained.
  • Remove litter and garbage to keep the course clean and safe for players.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including small engine equipment and tractor mowers.
  • Apply fertilizers and water plants, lawns, and gardens to promote healthy growth.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to handle heavy loads, work in confined spaces, and be exposed to wet/damp, noisy, and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role.
  • The candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
What We Offer

We offer a seasonal work term with 36 to 44 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in proximity to the advertised location and be legally able to work in Canada.
