About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Golf Course Worker to join our team at Copetown Woods Golf Club Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain the golf course's aesthetic appeal.
  • Cut grass to ensure a well-manicured lawn.
  • Rake and collect refuse to keep the course clean.
  • Remove litter and garbage to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for golfers.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficient and effective work.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and working in confined spaces.

Requirements
  • Dependability and efficient interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure are necessary for success.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail are required for tasks such as pruning and trimming.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and hand-eye coordination are necessary for operating equipment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work 36 to 44 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
