Job Description

  • Technical Expertise: Resolve complex database issues and lead troubleshooting efforts.
  • Cloud Migration Specialist: Oversee the migration of databases to Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.
  • Database Management: Implement robust backup and recovery procedures, perform routine maintenance tasks, and optimize stored procedures for enhanced efficiency.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning strategies to maximize system responsiveness.
  • Monitoring and Automation: Develop comprehensive monitoring strategies using New Relic to track database health and implement automation tools to streamline operational processes.
  • Collaboration and Guidance: Work closely with IT project managers and architects on strategic initiatives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
