About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to join our Clinical Operations department as an Executive Director, Access and Flow. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in healthcare management and a proven track record of driving organizational change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level leadership for Access and Flow services across the organization
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve access and flow to healthcare services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system-wide barriers to access and flow
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Manage and oversee the regional Access and Flow office, the Patient Transfer and Flow Office (PTFO), the Northern Emergency Response Team (NERT), and Northern Connections
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a field related to healthcare management
  • At least 10 years of progressively senior management experience in healthcare
  • Proven track record of leading complex organizational change
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix reporting structure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
