We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our team and drive our mission forward.
Job Summary:The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization, ensuring that our programs and services are meeting the needs of our community.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Development: Provide strategic leadership and direction to our team, ensuring that our mission and vision are achieved.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our programs and services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Community Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including supporters, churches, and community leaders.
- Fundraising and Partner Development: Develop and maintain a network of ministry partners, securing funding and resources to support our programs and services.
- Personal Development: Pursue ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or charitable organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, non-profit management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
