We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Government Coordinator to join our team at VidCruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules, issues, communications, meetings, and learning configuration best practices for the Government of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend meetings related to various projects and software implementations, taking minutes to keep accurate records of project progress.
  • Monitor project progress and create status reports for project teams and stakeholders.
  • Compose communications for clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain a database of relevant client information.
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
  • Update existing data.
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Conduct configuration requests, including testing and go-live readiness.
Requirements:
  • New graduates in Administration, Human Resources, Business, Programming, QA, or other relevant fields are welcome to apply. Relevant work experience is considered in lieu of education.
  • Technical aptitude, the ability to understand, learn, and work with new software and technology.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bilingualism is mandatory).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
