Manufacturing Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Operations Manager to join our team at Imperial Shake Co Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that we meet our production targets and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring that we are maximizing our efficiency and productivity.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, ensuring that our teams are working together effectively to achieve our goals.
- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, ensuring that we are managing our finances effectively.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring that we are aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring that we are maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.
- Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions, ensuring that we are developing and retaining top talent.
- Process Improvement: Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that we are continuously improving our operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or operations management.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- Work Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization in a professional manner.
