About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Bechtel. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing project schedules, resources, and activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and control project schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate and manage resource allocation to ensure that projects are staffed with the necessary personnel and equipment.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project activities, including meetings, reports, and communications.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related problems and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or construction management.
  • Experience: 10-13 years of relevant experience in project management, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and problem-solving. Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera P6.
