About the Role

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Project Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Develop and implement project evaluation and monitoring plans.
  • Provide project coordination and administrative support to project teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a healthcare or research setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management certification, such as PMP or Agile.
  • Experience working with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Experience working in a healthcare or research setting.
