Position Overview:

  • This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled Administrative Coordinator to become part of the Middle School team on a temporary basis, providing support to the Assistant Head while engaging with Middle School students.
  • The selected individual will oversee scheduling, assist in communication efforts and newsletter development, manage financial resources, and serve as a key liaison for Middle School students and their families.
  • Additionally, they will facilitate student activities and events, offer guidance to students regarding their daily requirements, and assist in tracking attendance.
  • As a member of the larger school community, the candidate will play a role in the development of the internal calendar.

Our ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication abilities, fosters strong relationships, and approaches responsibilities with a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service standards.
  • The candidate should be enthusiastic, adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in technology, particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline is required, along with a minimum of three years of experience, ideally within an educational setting.

Position Details:

  • Compensation Range: $46,000 - $58,000
