Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Implement merchandise strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
