Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a seasoned Program Reporting Lead with a minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience, who is ready for the next career advancement or is currently fulfilling a similar role in a comparable setting.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages regular and ad hoc reporting from inception to completion, utilizing insights to determine the optimal format and data interpretation for effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identifies data requirements to create high-value, actionable reports and establishes processes for accessing relevant data critical to the development and implementation of analytical reports.
- Monitors and evaluates data to pinpoint program and project risks and trends against established KPIs, providing regular updates on findings.
- Collaborates with project teams and Program Controls to discover opportunities for enhancing reporting, tools, or methodologies to elevate the overall quality of reporting.
- Produces reports based on precise financial and project data, analyzing information to highlight potential challenges within the capital program.
Required Qualifications
- A recognized degree in engineering or analytics.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in data collection and management techniques, as well as the development and interpretation of data to ascertain requirements and deliver insights and recommendations.
- Experience with data quality assurance processes, methodologies, and tools, along with quality assurance testing and implementation practices to ensure data integrity and identify inefficiencies.
- Creativity in determining report formats and translating diverse data into meaningful reports that fulfill internal and external requirements.
- Ability to conceptualize approaches to meet reporting needs, assess the efficiency and effectiveness of data, and suggest improvements to align with reporting priorities.
- Strong communication skills to gather business requirements and provide support and guidance to program stakeholders as they navigate reports and processes.
