Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Reporting Lead to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Program Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing regular and ad hoc reports from concept to completion, using insight to identify the best format and data interpretation to present and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data collection and management techniques to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with project teams and Program Controls to identify opportunities for improvement in reporting, tools, and techniques.
  • Analyze data to identify program and project risks and trends against established KPIs and regularly report results.
  • Develop reports based on accurate financial and project information and analyze information to flag potential challenges within the capital program.
  • Work with stakeholders to elicit business requirements and provide support and guidance as they navigate reports and processes.

Requirements

  • Recognized degree in engineering or analytics.
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience.
  • Expertise in data collection/management techniques and development and interpretation of data to determine requirements and retrieve, analyze, and deliver insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with data quality assurance processes, methodology, and tools, quality assurance testing, and implementation methods and practices to ensure the integrity of data and to identify data inefficiencies.
  • Creativity in determining the format of reports and translating a range of diverse data/information into meaningful reports that support internal and external requirements.
  • Strong communication skills to elicit business requirements from, and provide support and guidance to, program stakeholders as they navigate reports and processes.
