About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Domestic Housekeeper to join our team at HELEN CHU. As a Domestic Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Housekeeping Tasks: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Additional Duties: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, launder clothing and household linens, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, clean changing rooms and showers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment, on-site work only.
  • Work Setting: Employer's home.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, flexibility, initiative, reliability.
