About the Role

As a Product Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company's mission to provide energy-efficient products and services to customers, contributing to a greener tomorrow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide projects, managing crucial operations functions, and developing in-depth knowledge of operational processes and technical details on new and existing water heater and HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Lead enterprise-wide projects, serving as a decision-maker, contributor, and subject matter expert.
  • Product Portfolio Management: Accountable for the effective and efficient management of all products and processes of the Product Operations team.
  • Process Development: Partner with Product Management to develop and implement processes for existing products and offer launch.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Subject matter expert on all product policies and ongoing management of product portfolios.
  • Documentation and Training: Support and collaborate with internal teams to update/develop documentation for processes.
  • Best Practices: Design and document standardized best practices on launching new products and managing daily operational activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the water heater and HVAC industry is a strong asset.
  • Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product and/or Operations Management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Extensive experience in managing and motivating a high-performing team, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management skills and ability to lead projects independently to completion and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various internal teams and external vendors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.
  • Continuous Learning: A strong desire to learn new skills, acquire new experience, and grow their career.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and experience in managing and editing large datasets.
