Senior Enterprise Content Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Content Management (ECM) professional to lead our team in designing, implementing, and maintaining our ECM solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ECM technologies, including FileNet, OpenText, Case Manager, IBM Business Automation Workflow, DocVault, and DocuSign.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of ECM solutions to meet the needs of our organization and align with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ECM solutions with other business systems.
  • Develop and maintain architectural diagrams and design documents to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Mentor junior resources and provide SME-level consultation to project teams and end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our ECM solutions remain competitive and effective.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling and ECM technologies.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with well-known ECM technologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL query language and agile software development methodologies.
  • Lead and perform hands-on technical implementation of ECM solutions.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in software engineering.
