Warehouse Management Trainee Opportunity

CB Canada is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Trainee to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to participate in our 18-month Rotational Management Program, where you will master Uline's inbound and outbound overnight warehouse operations. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by leading and motivating others, and complete certifications in forklift, order picker, and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in hands-on training in UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC, and Maintenance departments.
  • Develop overnight warehouse management skills by leading and motivating others.
  • Complete certifications in forklift, order picker, and warehouse equipment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, Supply Chain majors preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Willingness to relocate to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, Manhattan preferred.
