About the Role
- Participate in an 18-month Rotational Management Program to master Uline's inbound and outbound overnight warehouse operations.
- Engage in hands-on training across various departments, including UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC, and Maintenance.
- Develop leadership skills by leading and motivating others in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Obtain certifications for forklift, order picker, and warehouse equipment throughout job rotations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Supply Chain majors preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment.
- High-energy team player with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to relocate to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages weighing up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience, particularly with Manhattan, is a plus.
