Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Management Trainee to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for mastering our inbound and outbound warehouse operations through an 18-month rotational management program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in hands-on training in various warehouse departments, including UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC, and Maintenance.
  • Develop Warehouse Manager/Management skills by leading and motivating others.
  • Complete forklift, order picker, and warehouse equipment certifications throughout warehouse job rotations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience is a plus.
