At Waters Edge Community, we're committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our residents and their families. As a Resident & Family Experience Coordinator II, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the resident move-in, transfer, and move-out process, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents and their families.
  • Provide social services worker counseling services as required, utilizing your expertise to support residents and families in need.
  • Develop and implement individual social work services and support groups to meet the unique needs of our residents and families.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to provide coaching and direction to our resident home area/neighborhood teams, ensuring exceptional service excellence and hospitality.
Requirements:
  • Registered Social Services Worker, as per provincial legislation.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in healthcare, social services, or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of the Long Term Care Act & Regulations is an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to organize, plan, and delegate responsibilities.
