Opportunity for a Clinical Dietitian in Primary Care

The Clinical Dietitian will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies and provide integrated health services. Responsibilities will span various environments including healthcare facilities, home visits, and community outreach.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics
- Must be a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
- At least two years of experience in clinical nutrition
- Experience in Diabetes Education, Nutrition Support, and Chronic Disease Management Programs is essential
- A valid BC Driver's License is necessary
