Job Summary
Are you a registered Dietitian looking to advance your career in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Primary Care Dietitian to join our team at Northern Health.

As a Primary Care Dietitian, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and deliver health services coordinated through the Primary Care Home. You will practice in accordance with the professional standards and code of ethics as outlined by the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement plans of care for patients with complex nutrition needs
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on healthy eating and nutrition
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and services

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in nutrition and dietetics
• Successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program
• Registrant of the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
• Two years of clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare environment

Qualifications:

• Equipment: Demonstrated computer skills and ability to operate related equipment
