Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Technology Advisor who is enthusiastic about technology and enjoys assisting others in navigating the complex world of electronics.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Technology Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert sales support in various technical categories, including Computers, Audio/Video Equipment, Mobile Devices, Electronics, and Photography Gear.

  • Independently assist customers in selecting specific products and services across the technology departments.
  • Establish our brand as a trusted source for consumer electronics expertise.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Stay informed about the latest technology trends and participate in product knowledge training.
  • Conduct inventory management and uphold the professional appearance of the department.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • Demonstrated ability to provide insightful product recommendations and guidance.
  • Experience in a dynamic retail environment, including availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills to engage positively with customers, vendors, and team members.
  • A professional demeanor that reflects positively on our brand.
  • Previous experience in selling technology products, including Computers, Audio/Video Equipment, Mobile Devices, or Photography Gear.
