At Harry Rosen, we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our discerning clientele. As a Clothing Advisor, you'll play a key role in building and developing a loyal client base, providing personalized sales and holistic selling experiences in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personalize sales experiences for clients, building relationships and creating repeat business
  • Demonstrate expertise in menswear and luxury fashion, educating clients on our products and services
  • Participate in merchandising activities and store maintenance, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Utilize technology to drive new business and follow up with clients on their needs
  • Prepare for appointments and client meetings, strategizing merchandise presentation and add-on sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
  • Experience in menswear retail, including sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service, inspiring repeat business
  • Desire to participate in training initiatives and apply skills to daily activities
  • Interest in technology and its application in retail customer service
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
