Vice President of Technology Solutions

Aviso Wealth Inc., a prominent player in the wealth management sector, is seeking a Vice President of Technology Solutions. This leadership role is pivotal in driving innovation and strategic growth within our Asset Management division.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Vice President will report directly to the Regional Vice President of Sales and will be instrumental in enhancing sales performance and asset accumulation across the designated region.
- Develop and implement comprehensive annual sales strategies and budgets tailored to meet corporate objectives.
- Engage directly with investment advisors to advocate for the integration of Aviso's solutions, ensuring alignment with client investment needs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and inclusivity within the organization and with external partners.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to effectively address the requirements of Investment Advisors.
- Drive sales performance for a designated suite of mutual fund products within the assigned territory.
- Continuously share best practices and innovative strategies in sales, marketing, and business development with colleagues and advisors.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is mandatory; preference will be given to candidates holding a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and/or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in investment sales.
- A dynamic and approachable personality with strong self-management capabilities.
