Position Summary
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative assistance to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming telephone communications and address inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain essential administrative processes, including but not limited to expense documentation and inventory of office supplies.
- Participate in special projects or offer support for ongoing initiatives as required.
- Execute any additional tasks deemed necessary by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in providing support to senior executives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
