Position Overview

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures
  • Provide assistance to clients and guests with unique requirements
  • Coordinate, delegate, and assess team assignments
  • Recruit and train personnel on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and organizational policies
  • Oversee the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as necessary to maintain seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to support daily operations
  • Supervise and mentor staff to enhance performance and service quality
Work Environment
