About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, IT Development to join our team at TD Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technology solutions to support our Fraud Performance business.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support Fraud Performance business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions
- Tactical Delivery
- Oversee the delivery of technology projects across the Fraud Performance practice
- Establish approach for technology deployment and manage technology dependencies
- Partner with clients/businesses to develop business cases, RFI/RFP, contracts, service level agreements, etc.
- Team Leadership
- Build and lead a team of technology and engineering talent
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities
- Foster a culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and a high level of professionalism
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree, or Technical Certification
- 7-10+ years of relevant experience in technology engineering, technology leadership, delivery, operations, and/or application management roles
- Working experience with ML Ops tooling
- Proven technical skills in one or more of the following areas: Event-driven Architecture, API, Cloud Engineering, DevOps/DevSecOps
- Knowledge of Fraud and/or AML environments
- Understanding of strategic direction, financial management, and a deep knowledge of TD technology environment and standards
