Job Title: Administration and Contract Payment Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration and Contract Payment Trainer to join our team at Pomerleau. As a key member of our Innovation team, you will play a vital role in training and supporting our logistics team on the Textura platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training content to ensure employees have the necessary skills to use the Textura system effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Innovation team to create a monthly training calendar and lead employee training sessions.
  • Maintain Textura certification paths and ensure employees are up-to-date with the latest system updates.
  • Participate in project start-up meetings and complete internal checklists to identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Textura platform across different teams and maintain the Textura training center.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal processes and software updates.
Requirements:
  • DEC in administration or office management.
  • Experience as a user of Oracle systems, ideally Textura, or any other similar platform.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a contract administrator or any other similar position.
  • Experience in customer service or a willingness for a teaching approach.
  • Knowledge and experience in the construction field.
  • Fluent in both official languages written and oral (English and French).
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
