Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at KNB ACCOUNTING & TAXATION INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to our office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of our office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and inventory.
    • Coordinate office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and security services.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
    • Monitor and manage our office expenses.
  • Communication
    • Prepare and disseminate reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
