About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at RW&CO. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve store objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store operations plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
